Boardwalk

Speck Painting is proud to have been contracted for a project as extensive and challenging as the Boardwalk, a 150-unit, 4-story, wood-frame low-rise building. Our team of experienced and skilled professionals successfully repainted all wood surfaces and coated 150 wooden balconies with MaterSeal liquid membrane coating in 2021.

From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, our team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. We took great care to ensure that all wood surfaces were properly prepared and primed before applying the high-quality paint and coating materials. We also made sure to protect all non-painted areas and surfaces from any paint or coating overspray.

The use of MaterSeal liquid membrane coating on the wooden balconies was especially important as it provided a superior level of protection against weathering, water penetration, and sun damage. The coating also improved the appearance of the balconies and added a layer of slip-resistance for added safety.

In addition to our technical expertise, we also prioritized communication and collaboration with the building’s management and residents. We made sure to provide regular updates on our progress and were always available to address any concerns or questions that arose.

Overall, Speck Painting’s successful completion of the Boardwalk project is a testament to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are proud to have contributed to the preservation and improvement of this important community asset.
