Speck Painting was excited to complete the Hillsborough townhouse complex project in the spring and summer of 2022. This project involved the repainting of all wooden surfaces, Hardie Board, trim, and flashings across 28 2-3 level residential townhomes.
At Speck Painting, we understand the importance of proper preparation and attention to detail. Our team of skilled professionals began the project with a thorough assessment of the surfaces to be painted, identifying any potential problem areas and determining the appropriate products and processes needed to achieve the desired results.
We utilized high-quality Cloverdale WeatherOne & MultiMaster paint and Dynaflex 230 sealant to ensure long-lasting protection and a beautiful finish for the wooden surfaces, Hardie Board, trim, and flashing. These products are specifically designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, providing superior protection against moisture, heat, and UV rays.
Throughout the project, we took great care to protect all non-painted areas and surfaces from any overspray or debris. Our team worked closely with the building’s management to ensure that residents were informed of our activities and that disruption to their daily routines was minimized.
Our team completed the project within the specified timeframe and budget, with exceptional attention to detail and quality workmanship. The result is a beautiful and cohesive townhouse complex, with perfectly painted wooden surfaces, Hardie Board, trim, and flashing that are not only aesthetically pleasing but will also provide long-lasting protection.
At Speck Painting, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service, exceptional results, and exceptional value. We are proud to have contributed to the maintenance and improvement of the Hillsborough townhouse complex and look forward to working with you on your next project.
